2017 Survivor Pool Rules      

The 2017 Survivor Pool is simple, pick one NFL team you think will win for that week. Any team on the NFL Schedule as long as you have not picked them before. If the team you chose wins, you continue to the next week. If the team you selected loses and it's your first loss for the year, you get one strike, but you stay in the pool. However, the next time you pick a team that loses that's your 2nd strike and you're out of the pool til next year. There is ONLY one winner for this pool.

The Entry Fee is $25 which includes 2 strikes    Yahoo Sports will be the host again for the Survivor Pool. You will need to go to Yahoo Sports Survivor Pool each week to place your selection. I will only keep track and post results each week on Rak Madness website until we have a winner. Follow the steps below to login into Yahoo Survivor pool and make your selection.

TO JOIN - Log into http://football.fantasysports.yahoo.com/survival on Yahoo sports and click on JOIN A GROUP. If you do not have a Yahoo Account you will need to create one, very easy. I caution you to write down your login & password, put it in your smart phone so you can enter your picks from anywhere and bookmark the site. YOU WILL NEED YOUR LOGIN AND PASSWORD THE ENTIRE SEASON. To join the Rak Madness Survivor enter the Group ID# (16671) and the password 2017. Remember, it is the Group ID #, not the Group name that is used to join the Group.

NOTE - Once the season starts I do not have admin rights to change or submit anyone's picks, it's your responsibility.

Although you can only select a team once, don't worry about having to remember who you picked, Yahoo Survivor will keep track of the teams for you. They also let you know what others are doing across the nation by showing a percentage of who people are picking.

WINNER* - The last person in the Survivor Pool will be declared the winner*

* NOTE - if there is more than one Survivor at the end of the season, the pot will ONLY be split evenly if both have the same amount of strikes. .ie If two people survive but one has a strike and the other has zero then the person with zero strikes will be declared the winner. * If for some ODD reason you have 2 strikes left heading into the final game of the season and your opponent has one and you end up losing the game while your opponent wins, the pool will be declared a tie and the pool will be split evenly.
